Which days and times are your business open?

Our hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays. But we recommend that you always check the exact operating hours before you arrive.

What if I just show up?

As of COVID-19, you must schedule an appointment in our office to ensure social distancing. If you need a same-day appointment, give us a call or text us.

How much does it cost to have your teeth cleaned and checked?

Most PPO insurances cover our $325 “welcome clean”(link). It includes x-rays, a wellness scan, and a check for oral cancer.

Is there a way to find out my co-pay before I arrive?

Before your visit, our team will contact your insurance carrier to find out whether there are any out-of-pocket expenses and how much they will cost so that you can plan accordingly.

Are you covered by insurance?

We accept most PPO plans, and most insurance carriers will pay for your two annual cleanings and check-ups at no additional charge. (link)

Is my insurance provider accepted by you?

Yes and No. If we are currently out-of-network, that doesn’t mean we don’t take your insurance. if you have a PPO insurance plan, chances are you will be fully covered for routine services. check your insurance in seconds here. we will let you know exactly what your insurance covers prior to your visit.

Do I need to have x-rays taken when I come in for a cleaning and check-up?

A thorough dental exam will necessitate x-rays. However, we provide a just clean, which is simply a teeth cleaning with no examination or x-rays.

What is the cost of Invisalign?

Between $3,000 and $6,000 depends on the specifics of your case. Also, you can pay $100-$200 a month without incurring any interest thanks to our variety of payment plans!

What is your cancellation policy for appointments?

A confirmation email will be sent out the day before your appointment, and you must respond by 3 p.m. EDT. We have the right to reschedule your appointment if you fail to show up. If you confirm an appointment for restorative dental work but fail to show up, you will be charged a penalty fee. The hourly rate is $50 for the duration of the appointment.
